General Manager
Marv has been at Osprey since the very beginning. He oversees the daily operation, builds rods, contacts clients & cleans the shop! His "hands on" approach is a big part of what makes Osprey Custom Fishing Rods a success.
Marv has been a fisherman & outdoor enthusiast for as long as he can remember. His passion for fishing has led him to create some of the most beautiful & functional fishing rods you will ever see.
Jackie Schroeder
Controller
Jackie does it all! Taking care of the finances, quality control, design & layout & sales are just a small part of what she does.
She also loves the outdoors. If she ever has any spare time she can usually be found at her favorite fishin' hole!
Zach Schroeder

After a thriving career in many different companies, Osprey Custom Fishing Rods was pleased to welcome Zach to the team. As a motivated, results-oriented outdoorsman, Zach is the one to talk to about any application or technical questions you might have.
Zach has had a love for anything outdoors since he was a young boy. His strong love of fishing has led him to many trophy fish in several species. He knows what equipment you need for whatever you want to fish for!
